Everyone has needs, and I work with clients to identify those needs- whatever they may be.  We set goals together- both small and big- and we develop a plan to reach those goals. I work with clients on a short-term basis and a long-term basis, identifying more immediate needs as well as long-term needs.
The service I provide can be adapted and applied to fit your goals and lifestyle.  An initial appointment with me generally looks like this: I'll get some info from you and get to know you.  We will discuss your needs (immediate and long-term) and usually, your goals coincide with those needs so we will focus on establishing some goals to meet those needs.  All appointments are via telehealth (video or phone) and/or in person.

Sometimes life’s challenges can be overwhelming. I believe that despite those challenges, everyone deserves the opportunity to live a happy, healthy, satisfying life. All too often the life we envision requires resources and opportunities that are difficult to identify and navigate. My position allows me to reach out a helping hand. As a targeted case manager, I am experienced in providing services including finding employment, obtaining disability or SNAP benefits, behavioral health, medical, and medication management referrals and appointment management, food and housing assistance, educational needs and much more! By working with the client to identify areas of need and develop agreed-upon goals to address those needs, clients will develop skills and utilize resources integral to living the life they envision.
