Myra Parks: Targeted Case Manager

Myra Parks is a native of Lexington, KY. She is a special education teacher specializing in learning and behavior disorders. She is very passionate about helping people navigate resources to overcome life’s obstacles. She has 20 years of experience working with youth and families in community, education, and social services. She specializes in education, economic self sufficiency, housing and community resources. Myra is a graduate of the Whitney Young College at Kentucky State University,  where she received her bachelor’s of liberal studies with a concentration in Sociology. She is completing her Master’s in Special Education- Learning and Behavior Disorders.
