I earned both my Undergraduate and Graduate education at The University of Kentucky. I completed training toward my LCSW license at a state Psychiatric Institution. I have three years of intensive training and a graduate certificate in Advanced Psychodynamic Psychotherapy through The Wayne Institute and The Cincinnati Psychoanalytic Institute. I have a strong interest in working towards a deep connection with my clients and helping them gain a greater understanding of self. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a modality that utilizes Rapid Eye Movements to treat trauma with very effective results. Mindfulness Practices, along with my own experience in therapy, have left me with a passion that I enjoy sharing with others.

Rachel is a dedicated and compassionate therapist with over five years of experience supporting children and adults through life's challenges. She has worked with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds and is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space for all clients, including the LGBTQ+ community. Rachel earned her master's degree in counseling from the University of Kentucky and believes in empowering clients to take charge of their mental health. She draws from person-centered therapy, CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused treatments. Rachel is also certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), especially helpful for PTSD healing.

I have been working in the mental health field for the past 17 years. My experience includes serving diverse populations including senior adults, dementia, caretakers, and those coping with end-of-life decisions. I have an extensive background in the areas of depression, anxiety, grief and loss. My approach is person-centered while offering a supportive therapeutic alliance. We all have situations that occur in our life that create stress and a need for extra support. I strive to offer that support in a nonjudgmental, empathetic environment. I draw upon many years of experience focusing on the client. My passion is helping clients reach their desired resolutions. I earned my master’s degree for Social Work at the University of Kentucky in 1995. I received my LCSW in 2011 while working in an inpatient state psychiatric hospital.

With over 20 years of experience as a licensed mental health and substance use therapist, I can help you discover what's holding you back. I specialize in Mindfulness Practice and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), both of which minimize daily stressors and self-doubt. I blend Eastern philosophies like The Tao with Western therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to work in the here and now. Hi, I’m Haylee, a licensed social worker with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, teens, and young adults—typically ages 5 through the mid-20s—and have been doing so for the past two years. My approach to therapy is warm, playful, and creative. I love incorporating art and play into sessions to give young clients space for imagination, emotional expression, and freedom to be themselves. My goal is always to create a safe, engaging environment where growth and healing can happen naturally.

I have been in the field for 20 years in various roles. I worked in the family court system for more than 10 years, and after we moved to the US, I worked for a Supervised Visitation program for 6 years. Since then I have worked as a survivor advocate. I studied psychology and counseling in my home country, Turkey, and received my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Kentucky with a Clinical Social Work Certificate. I have firsthand immigration experience along with professional experience working with the immigrant population. I am bilingual, and my primary language is Turkish. I also have extensive experience working with families in the family court system and working with survivors of intimate partner violence. I use motivational interviewing, solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and schema therapy modalities. Being a human in this world can be so difficult and confusing! I love to help people become a version of themselves they can feel good about.  If we are not clear on what our personal values and goals are, we can end up feeling lost with no direction. My training helps me to help people gain insight into the ways their past experiences have shaped their present. The process of changing and doing things differently often involves working through difficult feelings such as grief, shame, and regret; no one should have to deal with these feelings alone. The better we understand ourselves, the more empowered we are to take control of our lives and become our most authentic selves. I am here to provide a safe space and to create the conditions necessary for healing and lasting change. My approach is eclectic; psychodynamic & person-centered informed by feminist & existential theories. Hello, my name is Ray Lynn. I am a mother, sister, daughter, girlfriend, member of the LGBTQ+ community, mother to a beautiful trans child. I have spent most of my professional decade-long career working with kids, families, bio parents, and social workers from the foster care system. I worked with children school aged and up, as well as a lot of work with transgendered youth aging out of the foster care system. Trauma is different for each person. With education, acceptance, and exploration we can all work towards healing and learning to love ourselves in the process. Therapy is important because healing is messy, and does not color in the lines. Join me in creating a new masterpiece, with you at the center, driving the change.

Ebony provides in-person therapy for school settings. Telehealth for children and adults outside of the school setting. She specializes in CBT, person-centered therapy, psychoanalysis therapy, behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy. “I am trained in different modalities and can support clients with multiple concerns such as anxiety, depression, early adulthood transitions, substance use, behavioral concerns, and self-esteem building. I offer couples therapy and individual therapy with an approach that emphasizes factors outside awareness affecting your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. In couples therapy, I'll help you examine maladaptive interactions maintaining relationship problems. Like a dance instructor, I'll observe and intervene as interactions occur in our sessions to help you "dance better" together. In individual therapy, we'll explore emotional problems making life or relationships difficult, examining relationships as systems and identifying important themes and patterns. I'm a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Master of Science in Family Sciences and practice as a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate under supervision.

I have my masters in Clinical Mental Health and a Bachelors in Psychology. I have 5 years experience working with adults, adolescents, families, couples, and facilitating DBT, SA IOP, and Nurturing Parenting groups.
