Support for Life's Hardest Transitions

Whether it's pregnancy or infant loss, a difficult diagnosis, divorce, or the quiet exhaustion of doing it all, you don't have to carry it alone. Amanda Jones is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who works with children, teens, and adults, and specializes in women's issues — including perinatal mental health, chronic illness, and burnout — meeting each person where they are with warmth and evidence-based care.

In her own words: I am a person-centered therapist who believes growth and healing happen through a supportive, authentic therapeutic relationship. My goal is to help clients feel understood, build on their strengths, and recognize their ability for change and growth within themselves. I am trained in perinatal mental health and am especially passionate about supporting those who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss. I also enjoy working with women navigating difficult life transitions and seasons of overwhelm, including divorce, chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, anxiety, and burnout. My approach emphasizes connection, emotional safety, self-understanding, and empowering clients to move toward healing and growth at their own pace.

Amanda's Approach:

  • Perinatal mental health, including support through pregnancy and infant loss

  • Person-centered, evidence-based care tailored to each client's needs

  • Support through major life transitions — divorce, chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, and burnout

  • Experience across all ages — children, teens, and adults

Amanda blends these approaches to fit your needs and your season of life. She's available Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, in-office in Lexington or by telehealth from anywhere in Kentucky, whichever setting feels right for you.
