Why Join Resolutions Therapy Practice?
At Resolutions Therapy Practice, we are more than just a workplace. For the past 8 years we have provided a supportive, team-oriented environment dedicated to helping both our clients and our clinicians improve their lives.
We understand that great clinicians provide the best care when they feel supported, respected, and valued. We focus on creating an efficient workflow where you can independently build a fulfilling career without worrying about administrative tasks, sacrificing your well-being.
Our management team comprises clinicians who were previously in your position before starting this practice. We are committed to prioritizing clinical and administrative support so that you can focus as much as possible on helping your clients.
We do not currently provide traditional benefits such as PTO, health insurance, or retirement plans. Instead, we provide very competitive rates, consistent compensation, professional development opportunities, multiple layers of clinical and administrative support, and complete flexibility with your schedule and caseload.
The majority of our 50+ clinicians have been with us for years because we offer the following experience:
We value clinician autonomy. You have the flexibility to determine your schedule, preferred populations, specialties, and treatment approaches while practicing within your professional scope.
Our administrative staff handles phone calls, scheduling, insurance verification, and assists with all aspects of the client process so you can focus on clinical care. We provide consistent and clear communication when there are any issues.
Our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system is one of the most user-friendly and comprehensive in the industry, providing full transparency and easy access to records, scheduling, and billing information. We formatted our intake and SOAP notes to minimize documentation time while complying with Medicaid and Medicare standards.
We have a highly experienced and clinically diverse team that genuinely supports one another. Collaboration, consultation, and teamwork are part of our culture.
We accept all major commercial insurance plans, Medicaid, Medicare, EAP programs, and self-pay clients, providing access to a wide variety of referrals and consistent client flow. It's rare that you'd have to turn a potential client away because of their insurance.
We offer both in-person and statewide telehealth opportunities, allowing clinicians flexibility in how they provide services.
We are committed to professional growth. Clinicians have access to continuing education opportunities, professional development resources, supervision, consultation, and support from experienced clinical leaders.
Clinicians receive biweekly reimbursement at competitive compensation rates. As long as your notes are completed and you are communicating with us about any administrative issues, you will be paid whether the insurance or client has paid us yet or not.
Our offices are clean, comfortable, professional, and welcoming for both staff and clients.
We value flexibility and work-life balance. Time off is up to you — we simply ask for advance notice so our administrative staff and management team can appropriately support your clients during your absence.
We believe in supporting clinicians, not micromanaging them. Our goal is to provide the resources, referrals, and support you need while allowing you the independence to practice effectively.
At Resolutions Therapy Practice, your voice matters. Whether you are newly licensed or highly experienced, we strive to provide an environment where clinicians can grow professionally, feel appreciated, and make a lasting impact within the communities we serve.
If you are looking for a practice that values compassion, teamwork, flexibility, autonomy, professional development, clinician support, and quality client care, we would love to connect with you.
