Daven Mansfield, BS: Program Director
Daven Mansfield serves as Program Director at Resolutions Therapy Practice and is a member of the practice’s executive leadership. Working directly under the practice owner, Daven provides leadership and oversight across the organization and is responsible for guiding the day-to-day operations, development, and continued growth of the practice.
In her role, Daven works across all areas of the organization, providing direction and support to clinical leadership, administrative operations, billing, compliance, human resources, marketing, program development, and staff onboarding. She is also heavily involved in developing policies and procedures, improving internal systems, addressing operational and regulatory needs, and ensuring that the practice continues to operate efficiently as it grows.
Daven works closely with clinicians and leadership to create an environment where providers can focus on delivering high-quality care while having strong administrative systems and support behind them. She is committed to maintaining high standards throughout the organization while also fostering a collaborative and supportive workplace.
As Program Director, Daven plays a key role in the strategic growth of Resolutions Therapy Practice, including expanding services, strengthening community partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and improving access to behavioral health care throughout Kentucky.
Her focus is ensuring that Resolutions Therapy Practice continues to grow thoughtfully while maintaining the quality of care, integrity, and supportive culture that are central to the organization.
