Noelle earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2023 and her Master of Social Work with a certificate in Clinical Social Work in 2025, both from the University of Kentucky. She has additional training in CBT, DBT, and ACT. Noelle has experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals navigating addiction, serious mental illness (SMI), and co-occurring disorders. Her background includes individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and developing and facilitating IOP and TRP programs. Noelle takes an eclectic, client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, Family Systems Therapy, and mindfulness to meet each client's unique needs. With compassion, honesty, and a little humor, she strives to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where clients feel heard, supported, and comfortable being themselves while working toward meaningful change.
