In her own words: I'm passionate about increasing mental health awareness and reducing the stigma that so often comes with it. My approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and inclusivity, so you feel supported, not rushed. With more than 20 years of nursing experience in emergency care, critical care, and psychiatry, I've worked with people from every walk of life. I provide patient-centered medication management for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, autism, intellectual disabilities, and related concerns. Wherever you're starting from, we'll work together toward improved mental health and overall well-being.
