Real Support Through Depression, Anxiety & Relationship Struggles
Life can be challenging, and no one is meant to move through those seasons alone. Matthew Kristopher is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who works with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions — in a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental space. He's also comfortable discussing faith and spirituality, as part of the work, for clients who want that included.
In his own words: Being human means experiencing both strengths and struggles... My own experiences with depression and anxiety shaped my passion for walking alongside others as they work through life's difficulties in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment.
