Helping Couples Break the Cycle and Rebuild Connection
Every couple gets stuck sometimes. It feels like the same argument is on repeat, feeling unheard, growing quietly more distant. Margo Munday specializes in couples counseling, using a systemic approach that looks at the full picture of a relationship, not just the surface-level conflict. She also works with teens and adults on their own personal growth.
In her own words: I feel honored to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences and navigate life's challenges. My work is grounded in a systemic approach, meaning I look at the bigger picture. How your relationships, environment, and life experiences all shape what you're going through. I have a strong passion for couples counseling, and I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an approach I value because it helps couples understand the deeper emotions and needs underneath conflict. Many couples find themselves stuck in negative cycles. I help you slow those moments down, recognize the patterns, and begin to shift it so you can rebuild connection and trust.
Margo's Approach:
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples seeking deeper connection and trust
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety, depression, and unhelpful thought patterns
Internal Family Systems (IFS) for self-understanding and emotional healing
Exposure-based techniques tailored to your goals
Margo works with the whole relationship, and the whole person. Whether you're a couple stuck in recurring conflict, a teen sorting through difficult experiences, or an adult ready to better understand yourself, Margo creates a comfortable, supportive space where real change is possible.
