Christinia Melton, LPCC: Telehealth Only
As a therapist, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing, growth, and transformation.
I specialize in supporting individuals facing emotional, mental, and behavioral challenges, with a focus on both short-term relief and long-term change. My approach blends evidence-based therapies with holistic wellness practices, addressing not just symptoms, but the whole person—mind, body, and lifestyle. I am EMDR informed and am currently finishing up my official certification with EMDRIA. I can provide EMDR to my clients at this time. I am also certified in complex trauma and nutrition for mental health. I work primarily with older teens, college students, adults, and couples. I have a lot of experience working with addictions and co-occurring disorders. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
