Margo Munday, Marriage and Family Therapist Associate: Telehealth
Grounded in a systemic approach, Margo looks at how relationships, environment, and life experiences shape what you're going through. She works with teens, adults, and couples, with a strong passion for couples counseling and advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Many couples find themselves stuck in negative cycles — having the same arguments, feeling unheard, or growing distant. Rayne Welch, LCSW: Telehealth Only
My use of CBT techniques helps my clients to first become aware of harmful, maladaptive, or unwanted thoughts and behaviors. After that, we can explore where these thoughts and behaviors stem from, what triggers them, how to prepare for them, and ultimately how to redirect and counteract them. By shedding light and awareness on the problem(s), we are then able to take our power back and lead our thoughts in a direction and manner that is positive and fulfilling to our lives. I aim to create a safe space where my clients feel comfortable to share and discuss anything. I won’t flinch at even the most intense topics, and I will match your energy and meet you where you are.
