Emily Keck is a relational therapist who integrates somatic and IFS-informed practices. She offers Christian counseling when requested. Emily approaches therapy from a trauma-informed perspective to support deeper healing and self-understanding. She specializes in helping clients carrying grief, burnout, anxiety, or trauma. Many of the people Emily supports are navigating family strain, relational wounds, infertility, chronic stress, demanding career roles, or major life transitions like motherhood.

She believes therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be yourself. Emily’s style is collaborative and grounded in authenticity, creating a supportive space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered. Therapy with her, while intentional, does not feel overly clinical or cold. She aims to offer thoughtful care with warmth and depth where clients can express themselves authentically.
