Haylee Harding, MSW, LSW, CSW: Lexington
Hi, I’m Haylee, a licensed social worker with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, teens, and young adults—typically ages 5 through the mid-20s—and have been doing so for the past two years.
My approach to therapy is warm, playful, and creative. I love incorporating art and play into sessions to give young clients space for imagination, emotional expression, and freedom to be themselves. My goal is always to create a safe, engaging environment where growth and healing can happen naturally.
I’ve received specialized training in:
Trust-Based Relational Interventions (TBRI)
Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI)
Psychogastroenterology Hypnosis & Brain-Gut Psychotherapy
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
Trauma-Informed Play Therapy
Counseling for Chronic Pain & Illness
Pain Therapy Theories
Before private practice, I worked in day treatment programs for children and in Child Protective Services with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services. These experiences shaped my deep passion for working with kids and young people navigating hard things.
My desired needs for treatment include:
ADHD & ODD
Chronic Pain & Illness
Postpartum & New Motherhood
Behavioral Challenges at Home or in School
CPS Involvement
Life Transitions & Relationship Issues
Gut-Brain Health & Somatic Symptoms
As a new mom, I currently offer part-time therapy sessions both in person and via telehealth.
