I’m a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist who believes in creating a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore, heal, and grow. My approach is grounded in authenticity, empathy, and practical skill-building. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Somatic Therapy, and mindfulness to help clients better understand their emotions, relationships, and patterns of behavior. I specialize in trauma recovery, mood and anxiety disorders, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. I’m especially passionate about helping individuals who feel stuck, burned out, or disconnected reconnect with their values and sense of self. My goal is to empower clients to build resilience, strengthen boundaries, and cultivate emotional balance in their daily lives.
