Autumn Harris, CSW: Taylorsville
Autumn believes that every person carries the capacity to heal — and that asking for help is one of the most courageous steps anyone can take. Guided by her motto, "Everything is Figureoutable," she brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy that meets people exactly where they are. Her goal is to reduce the stigma around mental health by creating a safe, open space where real conversation and genuine growth can happen.
Her background is rich and varied — spanning child protective services, case management, long-term care, substance use treatment, and outpatient therapy — giving her a well-rounded understanding of the many ways life can feel overwhelming.
She works with clients ages three and up and has a particular passion for supporting children and families through behavioral challenges. She also works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions, using evidence-based approaches including CBT, TF-CBT, Family Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
