She earned her Nursing degree from Morehead State University and completed her MSN at Northern State University in 2024. Lacey provides evidence-based psychiatric care and medication management for adults ages 18 through geriatrics, offering personalized, across‑lifespan treatment plans. Known for a compassionate, patient-centered approach, she prioritizes collaboration with patients and families to optimize mental health outcomes and support long-term wellness.
Lisa Horobin, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Lisa Horobin is an advanced practice registered nurse, board-certified as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She has been working in the mental health field for more than 10 years, and as an NP for 4 years. Lisa currently treats clients aged 14 and up specializing in mood/depressive disorders, anxiety, panic, psychotic disorders, schizophrenia, ADHD, insomnia, and PTSD. Lisa is LGBTQ+ friendly and currently seeing clients via telehealth only.
Anna Schoeneman, MSN, APRN-CNP, PMHNP-BC, CCRN

With a diverse background in health care over the last decade in both acute care and mental health, she holds board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), as well as certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN). Anna is known for her caring approach and dedication to supporting her patients' physical and mental well-being through personalized, thoughtful care. Her approach is rooted in building trusting relationships and ensuring that each patient feels heard, valued, and understood.
