Ray Lynn Lee, CSW: Lexington

Hello, my name is Ray Lynn. I am a mother, sister, daughter, girlfriend, member of the LGBTQ+ community, mother to a beautiful trans child. I have spent most of my professional decade-long career working with kids, families, bio parents, and social workers from the foster care system. I worked with children school aged and up, as well as a lot of work with transgendered youth aging out of the foster care system. Trauma is different for each person. With education, acceptance, and exploration we can all work towards healing and learning to love ourselves in the process. Therapy is important because healing is messy, and does not color in the lines. Join me in creating a new masterpiece, with you at the center, driving the change. Ray Lynn provides in-person therapy available in Lexington, and in school settings in Madison County, KY.

Sara Zimmerman, LPCA: Lexington

I strive to create a warm, respectful, and empowering space where clients feel safe, supported, and understood as they work toward meaningful and lasting change. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, and take a holistic, person-centered approach that honors the whole individual—mind, body, and spirit—while recognizing that you are the expert on your own life. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to explore anxiety, depression, life transitions, and behavioral concerns, and to develop goals that feel realistic and meaningful. When working with children, I incorporate play therapy, art, mindfulness, and skill-building techniques to help them express themselves, better understand their emotions, and build healthy coping skills.

Sara provides in-person therapy in Lexington, and school settings in Fayette County, KY.
