Tommy came to clinical work through military service, coaching competitive climbers, and his own experience in therapy. He is an active member of the Lexington Psychoanalytic Study Group and the American Psychoanalytic Association, and continues to study and write about psychotherapy, psychoanalytic thought, and the philosophical traditions that inform them.
