Seth Walker, LPCA: Telehealth Only
As a therapist, I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself—no pressure, no judgment. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen and supported, so I show up as a real person too, with compassion, honesty, and the occasional bit of humor when it fits.
I work with individuals navigating emotional, mental, and behavioral challenges, helping them make sense of what they’re going through and find ways to move forward. Whether you’re looking for some immediate relief or trying to create long-term change, we’ll work together at your pace. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, while also recognizing that you’re more than your symptoms—your experiences, relationships, and day-to-day life all matter. I also bring experience working with addiction and co-occurring disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
I support clients with a wide range of concerns, including:
Anxiety and chronic worry
Depression and low mood
Guilt and shame
Stress and burnout
Co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns
Emotional regulation and mood swings
Self-esteem and self-worth
Trauma and past experiences
Boundaries and people-pleasing
Overthinking and racing thoughts
In our work together, I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychoeducation.
I tailor these tools to fit you—your goals, your pace, and what works for you in your life.
